Terms of use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

  1. 1. The service

Paikaree.com is a wholesale marketplace between retailers and sellers. Sellers sell the products; Paikaree arranges orders, payments, quality checks at the hub and delivery.

  2. 2. Your account

Open the account with your own mobile number and give correct shop details. Never share your OTP code. Paikaree never calls to ask for it.

  3. 3. Prices and orders

Prices drop in steps with quantity. The price at the time you order applies. You can cancel before the sellers confirm. If stock runs out, an order or part of it may be cancelled and the amount paid goes back to your Paikaree Wallet.

  4. 4. Payment

bKash, Nagad, card, or cash on delivery up to a limit. Large orders may need an advance. Paikaree does not offer interest-based credit or buy-now-pay-later.

  5. 5. Delivery

Orders are sent by courier. The delivery charge is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and couriers can be late.

  6. 6. Claims and refunds

Within the claim window after delivery you can claim, with photos, for size, colour, defects, wrong items or short quantity. Approved amounts are credited to your Paikaree Wallet.

  7. 7. Paikaree Wallet

Refunds and claims are credited to the wallet. Spend it on your next order or cash it out. The wallet is not a bank account and earns no interest or profit.

  8. 8. Online shops

Paikaree gives every retailer a free online shop on paikaree.com showing the goods they bought on Paikaree. Shop prices and sales to customers are the retailer's own responsibility, and the retailer collects customers' payments directly. A shop can be hidden at any time. Paikaree may close a shop that shows fake or illegal goods.

  9. 9. Not allowed

Fake, stolen or illegal goods, fraud, using someone else’s account, or fake reviews. Accounts that do this may be closed.

  10. 10. Liability

As far as the law allows, Paikaree is liable up to the value of the order concerned. Paikaree is not liable for indirect losses such as lost business profit.

  11. 11. Law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are settled in the courts of Dhaka.
